Open Call Experienced Pastry Cooks For Restaurant / Bakery In Soho – STARR RESTAURANTS, the restaurant group by Stephen Starr, James Beard award-winning Outstanding Restaurateur of Year, is partnering with Roman & Williams to open its 7th restaurant in NYC, LA MERCERIE! La Mercerie, with Chef Marie Rose from acclaimed Spring Restaurant in Paris, will be a full service French restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and a to-go bakery counter, in an intimate dining room setting. Here is an opportunity to take part in an exciting and high-profile opening! Open availability, a sense of adventure, and the flexibility and tenacity to do any task required is a must! Currently Seeking talented and experienced Pastry Cooks for Daytime Production and Service! Pastry Cooks will possess: 2-3 years of previous pastry prep and/or pastry production experience Previous experience working with traditional French pastries and desserts Join us in person at one of our open calls! DATES: Tuesday December 5th, Thursday December 7th, or Friday December 8th TIMES: sign in 11:00 am – 1:00 pm PLACE: our sister restaurant Buddakan, 75 Ninth Avenue (between 15th and 16th streets).
