Well-established restaurant group – seeking motivated and qualified individuals who have passion for fine dining and well-executed food for a steakhouse experience. Our restaurants are hand crafted, distinctive and our restaurants strive to distinguish itself for warm hospitality and consistent excellence. * Previous experience a must in fine dining and steakhouse restaurants! Other Prerequisites: * Strong culinary background * Strong Steakhouse and cooking with meats background * Farm to table knowledge * Fast, focused and have great attention to detail. * Working Clean and Board of Health ready and savvy. * Highly self-motivated * 3-5 years as a Chef de cuisine & kitchen brigade/cooks in a 2 and 3 star restaurant environment or better * Culinary education * Spanish useful * Excellent People skills * Reliable, flexible and a team player * Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment * Commitment to perfection.
